What does my warranty include?

Electronic devices at PIPO-Store.com carry a 12 month warranty unless specified otherwise.
As for accessories, such as cable and headset, they carry a 2 weeks warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: PIPO-Store.com only repairs and replaces his own products. Please note that we keep records of serial numbers (SN Code or IMEI) of every products we sold out.

What about the No reason return policy?

We not accept "No reason" return!!!!
Like "I am not like”,” It is not like I think”,” I think will have some more function”.” My phone signal is weak”.” Speed not like I wish" ETC
We are unable to issue refunds for orders processed beyond that time frame.

Please note that unless the item you bought was DOA (dead on arrival), the product you bought will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
(We not pay ship back to us ship fee)
We not accept change model after you got packages, If you want to change another model, you will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.
(We not pay ship back to us ship fee and your old phone must never used all in new also)

What is the repair item & exchange policy?

Repair and exchange only on defective units.
For buyer had used old Tablet PC we only can support repair service, For some big problem tablet we only can promised buyer you will get a welltablet back but  maybe you will get is another same model used tablet or some part changed one.

DOA(DEAD ON ARRIVED) BUYER SHIP BACK FOR EXCHANGE NEW ONE, PIPO-STORE.COM WILL PAY SHIP BACK TO BUYER FEE.

If request for refund, PIPO-Store.com only refund with your payment total we not refund you ship back to PIPO-Store.com shippment fee.
IN ONE MONTH Report problem for product for fix, buyer need pay ship back fee.
OVER ONE MONTH Buyer need pay ship back fee. (Start from buyer got package 30days)
After you reported to us, please ship back and give us track within 5days. If you not ship back on time you need pay ship back fee too.
We only support and repair we sold out items, please not need ship back other seller or website sold to you items. We will destroy it.

Hardware repair case:

For change hardware buyer need pay cost fee. The hardware price depend on factory request.

Our warranty covers:

Any technical problem(Not need change hardware)
For example, your tablet cannot receive incoming calls, etc
Our warranty covers only those defects which arise as a result of normal use of the product, and those not apply to any:
1.        Improper or inadequate maintenance
2.        Misusage and mishandling
3.        Fire, flood and other will-of-god
4.        Damaged by a wrong voltage use
5.        Physical damage (for example, dropping the device on the floor or into water, broken screen, broken case, etc)
6.        Unauthorized modification or alteration

What if the item I receive is defective or damaged?

If the item you receive is defective or damaged, you can request a replacement or a refund.
Please check your items immediately upon delivery and inform us within 48Hrs.
Replacements and refunds are accepted on merchandise within 5 days of receipt for items that
HAVE NOT BEEN USED, LIKE NEW WITH NO COSMETIC OR TECHNICAL CHANGES.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

How do I make a return or exchange ?

Simply include in your package, along with the defective unit, our warranty card for items
one paper write detailed description of the problem your e-mail address.
Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate box or envelope, and send it back to us using a safe shipping method.
PLEASE NOTE: PIPO-Store.com does not assume return shipping costs

What about ship back to us tax and duty?

Tax and import duty is not included for warranty.  We are not liable to any customs hold up or import tax at the receiving country.
To avoid any problem, we highly recommend that buyers use registered mail service as per no need to pay tax
(Buyers have had problems in the past with companies like EMS, TNT, FEDEX, DHL and UPS)

What about when 1 year warranty over time?

When one year warranty time over, we go on support accessories & hardware  purchase service.
